达林顿型光耦是由两个普通的光耦串联而成的,其中个光耦被称为输入光耦,第二个则被称为输出光耦。输入光耦中的光电二极管可以将电气信号转化为光学信号,输出光耦中的光敏三极管则可以将光学信号转化为电气信号。在达林顿型光耦中,由于两个光耦是串联在一起的,因此可以大大增强信号的放大效果,从而使得达林顿型光耦具有非常好的放大效果和线性特性。
